You may alternatively use this Tool to get estimates and even Disclose your new loans!(refinance loans only)Use the drop down on the Refi Estimate Sheet, select the title company you typically use and all the correct title fees will automatically populate along with all of Concierge Escrow’s Fees for your transaction based on the loan amount. You can also use this tool to figure out how much your client will need to refi if they are in a cash-out or debt consolidation type refinance.
