Job Description

Job Summary

We are looking to Hire a Highly Motivated Individual that currently knows the escrow process, can handle large workloads, isn’t afraid of challenges and wants to grow within the company.

We currently close 60-100 escrows a month & that is a mix between Refi’s & Sales.

Responsibilities and Duties

Open Escrow
Abstract Purchase Agreement Contracts thoroughly
Open Title
Order NHD Report
Abstract Preliminary Title Reports thoroughly
Request copies of any liens, payoff demands, homeowner’s insurance
Generate Escrow Instructions
Send out Escrow Packages to all parties
Create CD’s for lenders/loan officers
Follow up with any lien demands, payoff demand, and Homeowners insurance demand and HOA
Prepare loan documents for loan signing
Package loan documents for funding review
Work on funding conditions
FUND and balance file
Release file’s for recordings
Balance to title figures
Disburse
Prep for closing
Create/Print for all parties closing letters
Create/Print FINAL HUD for file
Create/Print FINAL HUD for all parties
Print 1099 for file and seller
Scan entire file
Whole punch and file
Perform all necessary task for refinances

Qualifications and Skills

Must have extensive escrow knowledge

Must be able to pass background check through Department of Business Oversight

Must be willing to learn how to use Qualia, our escrow software.

Must be a punctual employee – Tardiness will not be Tolerated

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $33,000.00 to $52,000.00 /year
